Please ensure that you read the following important notes before purchasing tickets.
Event Guidelines
- Admission Restrictions
- Children under school age (as of April 1, 2025) are not permitted to enter the event.
- Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
- Prohibited Entry
- Individuals affiliated with organized crime groups or other antisocial organizations, intoxicated persons, and anyone deemed inappropriate for the event's atmosphere will be strictly prohibited from entering the venue.
- Behavioral Guidelines
- Any individual involved in disruptive behavior, including disorderly conduct, fighting, violence, abusive language, or threats, or anyone who does not comply with staff instructions, will be immediately removed from the venue.
- Any disputes between attendees must be resolved among the concerned parties. The event organizers will not be responsible for such matters, and no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Special Considerations
- A designated viewing area will be available for wheelchair users and pregnant attendees. Please contact the event organizers no later than one week before the event to secure your space.
- Photography, Recording, and Streaming
- Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming inside the venue are strictly prohibited from the moment of entry until departure.
- If any unauthorized recording or streaming is detected, including personal selfies unrelated to the artist or stage, the data will be deleted, and the attendee will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Entry & Exit Etiquette
- Waiting outside the venue for artists (before or after the event) is strictly prohibited to avoid inconvenience to the venue and nearby residents.
- Please follow staff instructions when leaving the venue and avoid lingering around the premises after the event ends.
- Conduct Around the Venue
- Sitting on the ground, loitering unnecessarily, or making loud noises near the venue before and after the event is strictly prohibited, as it may cause disturbances to nearby residents and interfere with event operations.
- If any misconduct is identified, the event organizers reserve the right to deny entry.
- Personal Belongings
- Attendees are responsible for their own valuables. The organizers and venue will not be held liable for theft or loss.
- Large Luggage
- Large luggage such as suitcases is not allowed inside the venue. Please do not place personal belongings on the floor or aisles, as this may cause injury or accidents.
- Light Sticks & Fan Items
- Only official penlights are allowed. Unauthorized penlights and glow sticks will be confiscated.
- To avoid obstructing others' view, please do not hold items such as towels, fans, or headgear above chest height.
- Viewing Restrictions
- The use of step stools, platforms, or lifting children onto shoulders is prohibited, as it may obstruct the view of others.
- Eating inside the venue is not allowed.
- Mobile Devices & Noise-Making Items
- Please turn off or set mobile phones, smartphones, alarms, and other sound-emitting devices to silent mode during the event.
- The use of noise-making items such as megaphones and whistles is strictly prohibited.
- Talking on mobile phones during the performance is not allowed.
- Staff Interaction
- Event staff may need to guide attendees by touching their shoulders or arms. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Scouting & Unwanted Interactions
- Any form of scouting or solicitation is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such activities will be removed from the venue, and no refunds will be provided.
- Event Changes & Cancellations
- The event may be canceled or modified due to natural disasters, artist-related circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for travel or accommodation costs in case of event cancellation or postponement.
- Health & Safety
- If you have a fever or feel unwell, please refrain from attending the event.
- If you feel unwell during the event, please notify the staff immediately.
- Filming & Media Usage
- The event may be recorded for media or promotional use. Attendees may appear in such recordings, so please be aware of this before attending.
Ticket Policies
- Ticket Transfers & Resales
- The transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
- ID Verification
- Attendees may be required to present identification upon entry.
- If the ticket holder's information does not match the attendee's ID, entry will be denied.
- Lost tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
Admission Guidelines
- Due to limited space around the venue, please follow the designated entry procedures provided at a later date.
- Gathering or forming lines at the venue before the designated time is strictly prohibited.
Gifts & Fan Letters
- Due to safety and hygiene concerns, we will not be accepting fan letters, gifts, or floral arrangements.
- Please refrain from bringing them, as they will not be accepted at the venue.
- While we greatly appreciate your kind gestures, your heartfelt messages and support are the greatest gifts for the artists. Thank you for your understanding.

- Disability Certificate
- Residence Card
- My Number Card (Japan's Individual Number Card)
Government-Issued Documents:
- Health Insurance Card
- Certificate of Residence
- Family Register (Koseki Tohon/ Shohon)
- Seal Registration Certificate
- Pension Book
Additional Documents with Printed Name:
- Student ID without a photo
- Credit Card
- Bank Card
- Medical Certificate
Important Notes:
- Photocopies, handwritten documents, expired IDs, or altered documents will not be accepted.
- Utility bills or mail with your name printed on them will not be accepted as proof of identity.
- You must bring at least one government-issued document along with any additional required items.
